Data Protection Addendum

PLUSnxt's Data Protection Addendum (DPA) forms part of our customer agreements. It sets out how we protect the personal information our customers send us when they use our Services, including our obligations as a processor, the technical and organizational security measures we apply, how we engage and oversee sub-processors, how we support data subject requests, and the mechanisms we rely on for international data transfers.

If your information appears inside a customer matter

When a customer loads content into RelativityOne, we process that content as a processor on the customer's instructions. The organization that engaged us is the controller. Please contact that organization directly to exercise your rights, and we will support it in responding. See section 3 of our Privacy Statement.
